Employment Discrimination Complaints On The Rise

Last week the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission reported a 9% increase in job discrimination complaints. According to the EEOC’s statistics, claims regarding race and sex discrimination and retaliation are the most common.

The EEOC attributes the rise to “greater awareness of the law, changing economic conditions, and increased diversity and demographic shifts in the labor force.” Why do you think more people are filing employment discrimination complaints?

    Employment discrimination is on the rise because the EEOC is depriving us of due process and the equal protection of law, like this…
