Have you broken a privacy law today?

When you forward an email are you violating the privacy of the sender?  Or is sending an email like sending a post card?  This is the subject of a law review article by University of Arkansas law school professor Ned Snow that will be published this summer in the Kansas Law Review. 

Is the violation of privacy assertion valid under certain circumstances or is it too far fetched?
