Female Lawyers Association of Gambia

February 27, 2007

As lawyers we hear a lot about bar associations in the United States (ABA, state and local bar associations, etc.), but not much about how lawyers in other countries organize. This is an interesting post about the newly launched Female Lawyers Association of Gambia.  Gambia is a small country of approximately 1.6 million people in Western Africa.  And no, I am not a crazy feminist or suggesting that you send money, I just think it is an interesting article.
